I used to pay with RevoPay. How do I log into DirectBiller for the first time?
On your current payment site, you’ll see this pop-up message. Proceed to your new payment page.
On the login page, click “Forgot your password?”
On the Password Reset screen, enter your current RevoPay Username and click the arrow button.
A pop-up window will ask you to confirm that you want to reset your password. Click Reset.
You will receive an email with a one-time use password. PLEASE NOTE: The password email may take up to 15 minutes to be delivered.
Enter this one-time password and your current RevoPay Username, and click Login.
On the next screen, enter your new preferred password, choose your challenge questions and answers, enter your temporary password again and click Save New Password.
Your new password is saved. In a few minutes, you will receive an email that confirms your changes.
The next screen is the Profile section of your dashboard. To make a payment, click on Dashboard and follow prompts to make a payment.
