How to set up or cancel a future-dated payment?
To set up a future-dated payment:
If you have a registered account, enter your username and password and click Login.
On your Dashboard page, click Pay on Account on the left menu bar, confirm your account and click Pay Now.
*If you are unregistered, click One Time Payment on the Login page.
On the next page, enter the required identifiers and click Login.
The same steps apply for both registered and unregistered users:
On the Account screen, enter any required fields and click Next.
On the Payment page, write in the amount you want to pay. In the Payment Date field, enter the future date you want the payment to be made. Then choose the payment method you want to use or add a new one. Click Next.
On the Confirmation page, review all information and click Pay.
On the Receipt page, you can choose to Logout or View Details.
To cancel a future-dated payment:
If you have a registered account, enter your username and password and click Login.
On your dashboard, click Payment Activity on the left menu bar or click Scheduled Payments on the main page.
On the Payment Activity page, you'll see your list of scheduled payments. Click Cancel next to the plan you want to cancel.
A pop-up message will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to cancel the scheduled payment. Click Cancel Payment.
On the Payment Activity page, a message will appear stating the payment was cancelled successfully. The scheduled payment will no longer appear on your list of scheduled payments.
